ASAHI Masters PARKWAY® HF/KIT: High-Flow 0.027 in Microcatheter for Interventional Radiology
By Modern Medical Solutions Editorial Team

The high-flow member of the Masters PARKWAY line carries an exceptionally large 0.026/0.027 in lumen in a 2.6/2.8 Fr shaft — and the KIT version arrives pre-loaded with a 0.021 in guidewire.
A High-Flow Lumen in a Microcatheter Shaft
ASAHI Masters PARKWAY® HF is built around one idea: maximum deliverable volume through a microcatheter-class shaft. The 0.88/0.93 mm (2.6/2.8 Fr) catheter carries a 0.66/0.69 mm (0.026/0.027 in) lumen — sized for high-volume contrast runs and therapeutic agent delivery — and accepts guidewires up to 0.021 in.
For embolization and infusion work where injection rate is the limiting factor, lumen diameter is the variable that matters most; PARKWAY HF prioritises it without stepping up to a diagnostic-catheter profile.
Tungsten Braiding for Torque and Visibility
Tungsten braiding preserves lumen integrity as torque is applied through visceral curves and enhances radiographic visibility of the shaft — both critical when the catheter is worked deep into tortuous target anatomy.
Configurations and the KIT Option
Straight, angled and multi-curve tips are offered across 105, 125 and 150 cm usable lengths. The HF/KIT configuration packages the catheter pre-loaded with a 0.021 in guidewire, ready for immediate advancement on opening.
