The TriClip™ G5 System is a transcatheter edge-to-edge repair (TEER) therapy for the tricuspid valve, intended for reconstruction of the insufficient tricuspid valve through tissue approximation. It is indicated for patients with severe, symptomatic tricuspid regurgitation (TR). The 2025 ESC/EACTS Guidelines suggest that transcatheter tricuspid valve treatment should be considered to improve the quality of life and right ventricle remodeling in high-risk patients with symptomatic severe tricuspid regurgitation despite optimal medical therapy, in the absence of severe right ventricle dysfunction or pre-capillary pulmonary hypertension. The TriClip™ G5 system is available in four clip configurations — NT, NTW, XT and XTW — each supplied as a bundle pairing the TriClip clip delivery system with the TriClip steerable guide catheter (TSGC0802), or as individual delivery systems. Required accessories comprise the stabilizer, lift and support plate. The earlier TriClip™ G4 system remains referenced for EU MDR and other-country markets with matching delivery systems, steerable guide catheters and accessories.
