Navitor™ (TAVI system)Product Code (REF): NVRO-23
The Navitor™ TAVI System is Abbott's platform for transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI), also referred to as TAVR (transcatheter aortic valve replacement). It is designed to combine stable delivery, remarkable performance and a future-ready index valve. Stable delivery is supported by controlled deployment and three large, highly visible radiopaque markers, with the largest valve on the smallest delivery system to date. Reported performance from 30-day echo core lab data includes 0% moderate-to-severe PVL, a 2.0 cm² effective orifice area and a 7.4 mmHg mean gradient, alongside 1.9% all-cause mortality, 1.9% disabling stroke, 3.8% life-threatening bleeding, 1.9% acute kidney injury stage 2/3 and 4.2% major vascular complications. The design is also positioned as future ready, offering uncompromised coronary access and a future-ready index valve. The Navitor™ transcatheter aortic valve is supplied in five sizes — 23, 25, 27, 29 and 35 mm (NVRO-23 through NVRO-35) — spanning an annulus use range from 19 mm to 30 mm in diameter. Valve preparation and loading onto the FlexNav™ delivery system are facilitated by the Navitor™ loading system, which includes a loading funnel, loading base, base insert, loading tube, stent guide and leaflet tester, with the SM and LG+ configurations color-coded to differentiate sizes.
Available under product codes NVRO-23, NVRO-25, NVRO-27, NVRO-29, NVRO-35.

Request DocumentationFrequently Asked Questions
- What valve sizes does the Navitor™ TAVI System offer?
- The Navitor™ transcatheter aortic valve is available in five sizes — 23, 25, 27, 29 and 35 mm (catalog numbers NVRO-23, NVRO-25, NVRO-27, NVRO-29 and NVRO-35) — covering an annulus use range diameter from 19 mm to 30 mm.
- What delivery system is used with the Navitor™ valve?
- The Navitor™ valve is delivered via the FlexNav™ delivery system, offered in SM (FNAV-DS-SM, 14 F equivalent integrated sheath) and LG (FNAV-DS-LG, 15 F equivalent integrated sheath) configurations. Both have a 30 cm integrated sheath working length and a 107 cm delivery system working length.
- What are the reported clinical performance results?
- Reported 30-day echo core lab data include 0% moderate-to-severe PVL, a 2.0 cm² effective orifice area and a 7.4 mmHg mean gradient, together with 1.9% all-cause mortality, 1.9% disabling stroke, 3.8% life-threatening bleeding, 1.9% acute kidney injury stage 2/3 and 4.2% major vascular complications.
- How is the Navitor™ valve prepared for implantation?
- Valve preparation and loading onto the FlexNav™ delivery system are facilitated by the Navitor™ loading system (NVTR-LS-SM and NVTR-LS-LG+), which includes a loading funnel, loading base, base insert, loading tube, stent guide and leaflet tester. The base insert and loading tube are color-coded to differentiate between configurations.
