ASAHI Gladius® 0.018 brings the Gladius concept to the 0.018 in peripheral platform as an enhanced device-delivery wire with great shaft support and maneuverability. Its 4.0 gf tip load keeps soft-wire versatility across simple stenoses through occluded lesions, with ACT ONE construction retaining the core wire for dependable torque response in occluded-lesion and multi-vessel procedures. The factory 1 mm pre-shaped tip (also available straight) spares manual shaping, and the polymer jacket with hydrophilic coating crosses calcified lesions and fibrous occlusions quickly. The balanced support shaft transmits push force efficiently through tortuous vessels and crossover approaches, and a 4 cm radiopaque segment marks the tip. Usable lengths: 200, 235 and 300 cm.
