Treasure® 12Product Code (REF): PAGH18M070
Treasure® 12 is a 12 gf tip-load peripheral CTO guidewire for fibrous and moderately calcified peripheral arterial occlusions where standard frontline peripheral wires (typically 1–3 gf) fail to advance and escalation to very high tip-load wires (Astato XS series) is not yet warranted. The 12 gf tip load positions Treasure 12 as the first dedicated CTO escalation step after frontline peripheral wires. The wire combines a stiff proximal shaft — transmitting push and torque through long peripheral vessels without buckling — with a tapered 0.018 in distal segment that focuses 12 gf onto a manageable contact area at the occlusion cap. Treasure 12 is used primarily in femoropopliteal CTO intervention and covers the majority of fibrous femoropopliteal CTO morphologies without the increased subintimal entry risk of very high tip-load wires. Available in 200 cm and 300 cm, 0.018 in (0.45 mm).
