Regalia® XS 1.0 is a 1.0 gf tip-load peripheral guidewire with a reduced distal tip diameter (XS — Extra Small) for soft, atraumatic navigation in small, fragile, or heavily diseased tibial and pedal vessels. At 1.0 gf, Regalia XS 1.0 occupies the soft end of the peripheral guidewire spectrum — suitable for tracking through patent or minimally stenotic peripheral vessels to achieve distal access for angiography, pressure measurement, or device delivery, rather than for CTO crossing where higher tip loads are required. The reduced tip diameter improves trackability in small-calibre tibial vessels (< 2 mm) and allows first-pass access to the distal vasculature with minimal trauma. Compatible with 0.014 in-compatible microcatheters and low-profile peripheral balloon catheters. Available in 200 cm and 300 cm peripheral working lengths.
